Inertia Table has been a great success so far! And due to high demand, here's the next big thing for Inertia UI:

🎉 Inertia Table for React 🎉

Complete feature parity with the Vue version, as well as easy customization and extensibility 🔥

#Laravel #React #PHP #InertiaJS
From the other side...

Very cool! The web version of Apple Music is Svelte as well ✌️

If you're using Svelte, what do you like about it, especially compared to Vue?

The latest release of Inertia brings support for View Transitions! 🔥

The View Transitions API is a browser feature that lets you animate between pages. It can be a simple cross-fade, and you can even animate specific elements from one page to the next.

My Table package uses @tailwindcss.com. Users add it as source to their TW config to detect classes. I don't ship pre-compiled CSS so it adopts to custom color palettes.

But... when users configure a prefix (e.g. 'tw:'), it doesn't work, it won't detect my classes. Any suggestions?

Did a lot of cleanup, refactoring, and TypeScript improvements this week on Inertia. I'll probably tag a new release next week with all of this.

Have a great weekend, everybody! ✨

Really happy with the response on the <InfiniteScroll> component we released in Inertia 2.2! Here are some other new features that were merged along the way 🚀

You can now access the Progress Bar API! It's the exact same API that Inertia uses under the hood 📊

Curious what it looks like to implement the new Inertia Infinite Scroll component? Have 3 minutes? That's all it takes.

I whipped up a little demo:

I've been working on this component for the last month or so, but Joe had already started before me, paving the way! 💪
It's finally here ♾️

Huge thanks to @pascalbaljet.bsky.social for getting this one over the finish line 👏
Inertia 2.2 is here and it ships with a new <InfiniteScroll> component! If you've ever built infinite scrolling by hand, you know what a timesaver this is.

We worked hard sweating the details to make this super smooth and easy to implement

Let's take a look! 👇

Wrote a large portion of the documentation for this 👌
I've been working on a new Inertia component these past weeks. Since other things pop up here and there, I often come back with fresh eyes. I've been refactoring, improving, and exploring new ways it can be used. Now it's in a state I'm super pumped about! 🤩

Genuinely curious: when do you find yourself reaching for Axios/fetch instead of the Inertia router? From analyzing codebases, I see patterns like ⬇️

I promised another thread with Inertia.js updates, so here it is! 💪

Let's kick things off with the Laravel adapter, which now includes two new interfaces ⬇️

Beta 3 is out! Once again, there are no major changes, just fixes! 👌
Tagged v1.0.0-beta.1 for Inertia Modal. There are no major changes compared to the latest v0.x release, but there are mainly some fixes for edge cases and UI ✅

In Inertia 2.1, we introduced a brand new <Form> component! It looks just like a classic HTML form, but under the hood, it's powered by Inertia.js 🔥

Here's how it looks in Vue ⬇️

Just got back from a week in France with the family, which was wonderful! 🇫🇷

Laptop stayed home and I mostly avoided my phone, but still tinkered with a new Inertia idea in my head. Took some notes, we'll see if it works out. But first, a few days of Laracon US fomo! 😅
