There's drawing features in the game. You can make an image that goes on mii clothes and buildings in-game. In Tomodachi Life 3DS you could share miis, so I'm guessing you can do so in TL:LtD too. They're being so vague here, though, it's really not clear if that's what they're referring to to

What does this mean? Why are they being so vague about it? I assume they don't want you to just draw dicks everywhere and have that show up in other people's games but they don't actually say for some reason

So why is Noem taking direction from Miller?

She doesn't even know what her job is.
