A complex image with facets of feelings and small viewports into related worlds. The unusual composition is at first disturbing, especially when the introverted figure emerges from the continuity of flowers; but the range of emotions felt, as the eyes look about, create a familiar path with those movements. Fixing geo-locations for emotions will be familiar to those with complex inner lives who embrace ambiguity to make sense the world. When pulled deep into the remote cooler water the other facets stand by offering context understood as the figure’s mental layout. The once thought dead flowers become only dried, perhaps faded now reviving with shared attention. When we realize the color becomes more intense as our mood becomes involved, the image snaps to with a simplified cohesion, the figure becomes a part of us, and a deep low note breathes an atonality from underneath the image, reaching broadly outward extending the faceted view of reality. The receptivity of the acoustic-image-provoked experience survives this breaking of the image edges to replace the individual with a more shared sense of self as appropriate for the current times.
