their problem is they won on the bits they didn't care about (NHS Fife not following it's complaint procedures properly when handling her complaint) and lost on the bits they did (trying to present Dr Upton as a dangerous criminal rather than an innocent woman)

Its a nothingburger, an accurate summary of a prior case wrongly presented as a quote, but as Sarah said, these are reactionary cranks who will make hay out of something like that and turn it into propaganda. it's a good game but I feel like Hitman not working as a movie should have been obvious after you take one look at the game - social and literal stealth, ending in a random accident is hard to really turn into an engaging movie.

HR departments need to stop setting them up for partial victories based on a procedural error which they can then go crowing to the press about how "see, the evil transes are oppressing them", with the subsequent eroding of trans rights every single time

GCs keep suing for unfair dismissal in the UK & getting partial victories because HR departments didn't have proper disciplinary policies in place/didn't follow them in sacking them. Treat them as a legal threat, knowing they'll sue the moment they're disciplined and ensure your ass is bulletproof

thing is under UK equality law you're likely to get sued for doing so for discrimination as well. They are a lawfare risk any which way with near unlimited funds because of a brain-wormed billionaire, so have bullet proof policies in place and follow them to the letter

what I have is a basic understanding of the concept of nothing about us, without us. If you want to improve people's healthcare, you have to let them have input on it. Excluding them inevitably causes harm
