I just finished reading this remarkable article. Now I wish I knew why the UCP is so attracted to him.

Why are a bunch of non-medically trained hillbillies voting on medical procedures?

So much for kayaking.

I finally subscribed to the Globe this morning in order to read your excellent journalism. Not just for this story either. I’ve thought of doing so before, but I didn’t think I’d have the time to read the paper. Thank you for your superb work.

Not sure as it’s overnight temps. I usually only notice the daytime ones. It’s abrupt, given that we’ve only had two real snowfalls so far.

Now in Bill 12, the UCP is preventing those pensions from suing the government & getting justice for the UCPs choices. And in that same bill, the UCP is giving their own MLAs yet another raise.

The hypocrisy is staggering.

Yeah, I've noted that too, especially as urban students went to elementary, junior high, then high school often in the same city, so university is just another school change.

Oh, I see you already wrote this same point.

gawd

I'm always interested in how students make something they would be interested in (and in terms of courses actually registered for) something abject. A book one can read for fun and insight becomes a turgid textbook once it's on a course outline, even one w/o "apparatus" (e.g., anthologies).

Moon of the Turning Leaves is even better.

Yeah, it has lots of filmic potential, including how they treat the windigo character.

Oh yeah? I got one last week. IN ALBERTA. Where you have to withstand Byzantine levels of misleading info on the govt website, go through the process over and over, suffer not a little, go to an obscure location, and then they let you have one.

I think Indigenous people and nations are tired of having to explain that No means no over and over and over and over and over.

I have had the same impulse for a few weeks! I look at the clock at 7:37 and wonder how much longer I have to stay upright.
