Next, two blocks away is where the Gimbap Department Store sat. After expanding the store across the street, this magnificent 3-story skybridge was constructed to connect the store.

However, the plan failed. Macy's became the biggest store, then later bought the corner building and put up a giant billboard advertising that fact.

Ok so. If you look at Macy's, you'll see a tiny Sunglass Hut in the corner. When Macy's was being built, the plot of land where the Sunglass Hut stands was bought by one of Macy's competitors to prevent its construction and keep it from becoming the world's largest store.
