When I first starting painting #Warhammer models, I thought that #KillTeam #Necrons would be really easy—just black or dark silver. Turns out, I am terrible at building them and it was a struggle. I never finished them.
A couple years later and someone builds for me. I can indulge in some OSL.

#Warhammer40K #ThousandSons Sorcerer in Terminator Armour for Holiday Mini Swap, just about done. I forgot to snap a final photo before packing and sealing it into a box.
Definitely had frustrations with this whole project, so I was probably a bit hasty to get it mailed out.

I drew a #Warhammer40K Ork/T’au/Thousand Sons player for a Holiday Mini Swap. Painting T’au didn’t work out so well. This Terminator Sorcerer seemed like a good idea and I’m familiar with #SpaceMarines. The sculpt is pretty old, some challenges, but going okay so far!

I strongly considered starting over (I have a second model on sprue) and painting him traditionally instead continuing this semi-NMM, but the helmet was really quick.

I don’t know why I chose violence—I mean “non-metallic metal” #NMM for this. #Warhammer40K “Sword Master” #Guilliman because apparently building shouldn’t be the hardest part of miniatures.

Even in death… I am annoyed with this model. Difficult to build, doesn’t fit together well, and painting the #Warhammer40K Redemptor has been a pain. It is worse than the Ballistus. #Salamanders better appreciate this…

That is definitely not an Alpha Legion #Warhammer40K Ballistus, it is definitely #Ultramarines blue.

We needed more terrain and we got a #Bambu X1C recently for the office, I have been painting terrain pieces for our #Warhammer40K Crusade boards. I don’t particularly like painting terrain—rattle cans help—but I find making the OSL cracks pretty enjoyable.

I was not able to run my “Ultramarines” in our first Crusade session over the weekend. Definitely annoyed, I spent a lot of time preparing the campaign and my minis.
