Eleven years ago, I spent my final Christmas with my dad.

In the spirit of happiness to be here, my first post on here was going to be a picture of my rescued street dogs (sometimes featuring “in supporting roles” on the Law Paw calendar) but it’s coupled with a question - where are all the family lawyers? Surely not still in The Other Place?

We rescued him through a Jersey based charity, Company of Dogs. They take street dogs that are likely to be PTS, assess them properly and check their behaviour thoroughly. Unfortunately medium sized brown scruffy dogs are not popular, or so I hear from the charity. Tigger is very much loved!

We have two rescues, one an indefatigable terrier type who will walk non stop, all day, up and down the Bannau Brycheiniog. Born in the Spanish streets, locked in a cage for the first two years, he’s making the most of his freedom.
