The Pennsylvania Educator Diversity Consortium (PEDC) is a collective action nonprofit working with our community to both increase the number of Black and Indigenous educators in Pennsylvania and beyond and culturally relevant and sustaining educators.

We had a great week advocating for student teacher stipends and increasing the educator workforce support in PA!

Thank you for focusing on education! Our coalition really appreciated meeting with you on Tuesday to talk about our educator workforce crisis. PEDC is growing and bringing ppl together expand the workforce, particularly focusing on more educators of color and culturally competent educators.
