The shagohod and the pain are the bosses I feel would be too difficult for that challenge. The end would ironically be really easy, but you'd need a fuck ton of ammo.

MGS1 and 2 have lots of boss battles that require First Person but in theory, MGS3 is the only game that requires first person for manoeuvring than it does for boss battles. It would be hard as hell but you could probably beat the game without going first person once if you were masochistic enough

I feel like it's the only mgs game that actively demands you use it.
