🇵🇭 PhilHealth aims to cut Filipinos’ out-of-pocket health spending from 44.7% to 25–30% by 2028, requiring higher gov’t health spending and bigger investments in primary care.

📊 New Eurostat data shows big gaps in EU health spending. The EU spent €1.72T in 2023 (10% of GDP).

Germany leads, while Luxembourg & Romania spend just 5.7%. Per-capita spending up 44% since 2014.
