Trying to explain depression. It’s not just crying. My heart is sad. My head is angry. I feel like I’m drowning and I don’t know which way is up. I reject big emotions. I’m finding new triggers everywhere, even in things that used to make me happy. It’s not moving because what’s the point?

I was actually able to laugh today. I was thinking I might feel well enough to read. Then I got sent into another spiral.

I just saw Wicked for Good and I’ve seen a lot of pictures of Jonathan Bailey recently and I was starting to think he’s looking a little older, like on the silver fox side of things . I just looked up his age. He is 2 months older than me! 🤦♀️ If anyone needs me I’ll me moisturizing. lol

Does anyone else’s mom congratulate them when they get sick? Like puking your guts out is a great way to lose weight. And she wonders why I have body image issues. But if I say that that’s rude and unhealthy that hurts her feeling and now I’m the bitch.

Autism was diagnosed as a distinct condition in the 40’s. Vaccines increased in usage in the 50’s and 60’s. Just because two things happened around the same time doesn’t mean there is any correlation.
