The goal is to release a torrent of coverage over completely fabricated documents in the style of the Epstein files, so when the real thing is released, we’re primed to not believe our eyes, and won’t push back hard on RW denial so we don’t “look like hypocrites”

The sad thing about Bill fucking Burr is that he's actually extremely good at roasting. If he found his courage he could actually shift the perspective for a lot of people with one well-placed highly-visible rant

Haters will say now we don’t need to waste precious brain cells on frivolous info but I think that’s BS. I know the brain’s not a muscle but still feel like that’s analogous to saying working the gas pedal frees your legs up to use their energy on better things than walking

- What if a company does a bad thing but fixes it quickly?
- What if a company is generally good, but partners with another one that sucks or is good but later does shitty things?
And so on. If we knew how to wrangle all that stuff I’m sure someone could build it out quick enough

Not a techie but IMO the bulk of the work here would be outside of coding and more refining what we’d want the behavior to look like:
- If there’s “no ethical consumption” then is it blank?
- If that’s too ruthless then do we allow filtering for causes we care about?
- If there’s “no ethical consumption” then is it blank?

Not a techie but IMO the bulk of the work here would be outside of coding and more refining what we’d want the behavior to look like:

With the nationwide protests scheduled for the 18th, I’m worried they’re planning to pull another fast one to make this indefinite for real. They’re already repeatedly describing protesters with the words that set up the pretext for it
