Use Google Cloud Console > OAuth consent screen > set to Testing.
Choose minimal scopes (avoid sensitive ones).
Create OAuth credentials (Client ID + Secret).
In your tool, use these and enable refresh tokens to keep access persistent.
For no 7-day limit, get app verified or use Make’s built inOAuth

built it in Make, which uses its own verified Google OAuth connection for Gmail/Drive/Sheets. That means the tokens stay valid and don’t run into the 7-day expiration you get with personal GCP projects in testing mode. I only adjusted the scopes to what I actually needed
