Just watching #KnifeEdgeChasingMichelinStars and in my opinion I am not sure I can trust the review of a critic with food allergies. If you are unable to eat what is on the menu or have to have it modified, how will you be able to provide a fair representation or assessment of the food.

Rewatched all 7 seasons of Scandal in December. Inspired by Oliver Pope’s journey, the quest and intoxication of power and its corruption. I feel well prepared for 2025, I am entering this year with an unapologetic mindset. It’s my year of optimisation and becoming a better version of myself.

Finished watching S1 of Rivals on Disney+. A classic, stylish, torrid, British bonkfest. Absolutely scandalous smutfest, but so elegantly delivered and paced, makes one almost proud to be British. So enjoyable I am on tenterhooks for S2.

Finished watching S1 of Rivals on Disney+. A classic, stylish, torrid, British bonkfest. Absolutely scandalous smutfest, but so elegantly delivered and paced, makes one almost proud to be British. So enjoyable I am on tenterhooks for S2.

Just got into drinking tea after very many years and it is wonderful! I love a malty rich biscuity tea with some creaminess and mild sweetness. My go to is Yorkshire Tea Malty Biscuit Brew with 1 tablespoon of agave and 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk 🤤. The simple things, I feel blessed.

Sometimes I look at a debate I am not fully informed on or knowledgable about, and look at the people on the different sides of the debate and their affiliations to determine which side I should be on.

Was just thinking about my political and community building engagement. I have been immersed in electoral politics since I was a teenager, doorstep campaigning etc the same with low level DE&I community building.

I watched so many amazing shows this year, favourites include Sugar - Apple TV, Interview with A Vampire - BBC iPlayer, Shogun - Netflix, Presumed Innocent - Apple TV, Renegade Nell - Disney+, Bad Sisters - Apple TV. Looking forward to Silo and Severance on Apple TV.

Love flowery fragrances in general, but absolutely adore powdery, more specifically iris fragrances. Prada Infusion D’iris and Celine Peau Nue are particular favourites. This winter looking to explore vanilla+amber+ tonka bean fragrances, but I think I shall definitely need a hint of powder.

So strange to me that I watched Wicked on stage in London with family almost a decade ago and found it good but unmemorable. However, I am now very much anticipating watching the movie. I suppose it was the medium, I was raised to enjoy musicals on film and acting on the stage.

I do wonder if one could do politics without an ideology, just good, logical ideas that work for the masses? This might be an ideology in and of itself. My preference would be for a policy buffet, however I suppose ideology is required to understand intent, impact and the outcomes being sought.
