This work results from a collaboration between Emily Stanyer from our team and Shaun Davidson (Biomedical Engineering), with funding from the @NIHR Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centre Better Sleep Theme. 🧵3/3
After transfer learning, the cardiorespiratory sleep-staging model reached 77.1% accuracy and Cohen’s κ = 0.68 (4-class). Crucially, it tracked longitudinal, therapy-related changes at home - supporting real-world, wearable sleep monitoring. 🧵2/3
