I think the main thing is that they've been trained by Fox News to believe that other people suffering means you are winning. The farm may be going bankrupt, but check out the brown people getting beaten and disappeared and the purple-haired liberal crying about it. Winning!

I can't recommend Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 enough. It's a first-person RPG that IMHO is every bit as immersive as Cyberpunk 2077, just far more grounded and with a ridiculous amount of historical accuracy.

We haven't been able to fix the way the Boomers screwed the economy and handed it over to the wealthy. We've never had any major political leaders in power. While we've made insane technological breakthroughs, we have nothing to show for it.

Thing is, an Executive Order is nothing more than a policy statement indicating how Executive Branch employees should go about doing their jobs. They're not all-powerful. For instance, an EO requiring Congressional pages to wear ties would be laughed at. The President doesn't have that authority.

I find it curious that he thinks he can void an EO by unsigned decree because he doesn't think the EO was physically signed.
