The moment I realised CARS RUIN CITIES everything changed. I realised all these huge wide roads (traffic sewers) didn't even need to exist and we could completely reimagine everything about our cites, putting people and the way we experience a city first. #thewaroncars #urbanisn #NotJustBikes

Solarpunk isn't about slapping shrubbery and solar panels on concrete skyscrapers. Solarpunk isn't punk without its opposition to the systems of domination that exploit us and its pursuit of a transformation of work, community, and society as a whole. Solarpunk is not a vision that can be imposed from above. Rather, it is a prefigurative project and vision of liberation we must all participate in, shaped by our unique local conditions and individual needs, as we imagine and work towards a better society.
