The idea that immigrants weren't key to America's success is absurd. Immigrants from Italy, Germany, Hungary fueled the Manhattan Project in WWII. The Irish helped build the arsenal of democracy. Immigrants from Hungary, India, Taiwan, China built semiconductors & kept comms secure during Cold War.
This is not the time for politicians to cave.
