And the stall well in effect. To wrap or just to keep pushing through. That’s the eternal question.

Took me a while to work out the right burner settings (I’ve found one on only is the best) Seems to maintain a good temperature.

Well I’ve done one pulled pork before and a set of ribs so no expert. But seems to work and I have a smoker box in there with apple wood chunks that seem to produce good smoke for a couple of hours from full. So far so good.

We were the only ones in the cinema so those are middle of the middle seats you see.
