I would agree with what Nathan said and want the club to take a firm stance- Refuse to take the flag down. Tell them to pay for more security or keep fans at home.

Both domestic and away travelling fans can be far-right racist thugs and to claim otherwise is dismissive imo. I find it weird to try and be an apologist for caving to homophobic demands but you do you bud.

What should the club do if a far right away group was demanding an anti racist flag be taken down? Should they cave into their demands? Why is the issue surrounding homophobia different to issues of racism?

Oh yeah I know Lewis is scum, same with a lot of PL owners. It does feel different when it’s a nation state however. Maybe there is no difference and everyone is equally horrendous, but IMO sports washing does have a different meaning/impact
