It's reminiscent of Grenfell Tower. A tall building covered in highly flammable materials. Almost impossible to fight, very difficult to get out. It's absolutely horrendous.

I'm really glad that you had light symptoms. you have had so much to deal with anyway, I can't even imagine. It's interesting whether a sharp entrance into menopause maybe better than the gradual tapering? So it's done in months rather than feeling like you are losing your mind over many years.

I never had hot flushes but the mental symptoms were awful. Depression, anxiety, mood swings building over many years. I always had very bad PMT and honestly I am glad to see the back of it all. I don't care about wrinkles etc. I am on HRT currently and am too scared to change it because I'm stable.
