A brilliant tactic/standard of Jack Smith's testimony, is his pausing to take notes on everything that is said. Not only does it give him time to consider answers, but it also completely halts attempts to bulldozer over him. Ridiculous political framing is frozen in the air. Silent.

Any Democratic votes to fund DHS later this month as Minneapolis is being terrorized by DHS is going to be a major slap in the face to Americans living here. Demand major reforms or shut the government down.

Did you see "House of Dynamite"? It isn't the disaster movie I was hoping for. It is the reduction of nuclear Armageddon down to its human elements. It is most likely true that a nuclear conflict is a series of choices based on experience and critical analysis at the top of govt.
