I subscribe to Flow State for free (they have a paid option as well). They send a daily, weekday email with focus music that's mostly without vocals. Very helpful for my distractability and I've found new, amazing musicians as well.

I should add that Brian is the person who wrote the text for the monument. I don't think he has Bluesky but he is on other social media and is a wealth of local history information

The team was never called the Ruby Legs. Inexplicably, they were the Worcester Worcesters. Here's more info from our Happiness Pony baseball issue. Still a cool piece of Worcester history.
