I bounced off campaign 2 pretty early, mostly 'cause of the time investment, so I've been really looking forward to finally seeing the story properly

Absolutely fucking worth it

I paid for it twice 'cause I preordered it digitally and then later decided I wanted the CD

Still technically in preorder but you can get the entire album now

and I gotta tell you it slaps HARD

Everyone I know was absolutely gobsmacked when they announced it was coming

Honestly, I've got Act III from The Protomen on my current drive

I also did like forty points of critical damage with a single arrow on an enemy I could not see due to magical darkness

but that pales in comparison to the fact that my dinosaur is the Best Girl and the whole table loves her

My GM goes out of her way to make sure my pet dinosaur has Clever Girl ambush moments and I am thankful

There was a discussion of which of us was the stupid animal in a group we were comparing ourselves to and NOBODY MENTIONED THE ACTUAL ANIMAL IN THE PARTY

everyone was like "wait am I the pet"

meanwhile my dinosaur was standing RIGHT THERE preening herself because she's such a good girl

She dropped to one hit point in yesterday's game and in the subsequent round, everyone "forgot" to use nonlethal attacks on the enemies we were supposed to subdue.
