Lucky find at an estate sale. Needs a bit of TLC to refinish it and clean it up. Sadly some veneer chipped, and I've never replaced that kind of thing before, but we'll see. Some interior velvet worn away that could use replacing or covering, too. Still, otherwise very good condition! #personal

I also need to sleep, but meds made him extra sleepy so I tucked him into his usual bed (my chair and the lap blanket I use). Goodnight my brave son. I'll see you come morning. #TheCount

He is on a new diet now, and very quickly went to eat.
Me: Did they not feed you enough babe?? (This was good though, he ate his first pill) #TheCount

The last ingredients are in: egg noodles, plus a bit of salt (I always go light on salt; easy to add later) and a healthy couple pinches of black pepper.
On the curry side, it just needs simmering for the moment.

Added the second to last i gredient to the soup: shredded chicken (from the batch i slow-cooked!). It isn't all the chicken since I used a bunch for sandwiches and chicken tacos.
Tofu is in the curry!
