Multiple e-mails from a debt collecting agency in my spam folder relating to PCN for Tfl congestion charges.
Seems to be a legitimate agency that do act for Tfl.
No paper letters from Tfl, or debt collecting agency.

Why?
Cos the water companies should be reducing water loss etc.
It's easy to take the moral high ground and protest viewpoint when you don't actually earn a penny and live off benefits that pay your water bills etc.

They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.
