If you just want a gaming PC that doesn't do a ton else Bazzite is a really solid Linux distro. Most things are just plug and play and it has a the little tweaks you'll need for Street Fighter built in.

I didn't like it as a full daily driver OS but that tracks. For a living room gaming PC it should be butter smooth. Personally I'm hoping Steam Machines come with a shiny new Steam OS version
