I wholeheartedly agree, it unfortunately is not xD Definitely have learned that it's more of a habitual thing if nothing else. It's still a struggle for me, even when I know how much it genuinely helps. Maybe I'll eventually get it ^^;

This one specifically, plus some select other dolls, yeaah >_> It seems to mainly be due to the fact that they haven't shown any sign of official sale at retail price for at least a year now, so there's a higher perceived value to them. So crossing my fingers otherwise for a holiday miracle, haha

for me these days. And that doodle was the first thing in probably about two weeks that I started to draw and actually felt up to adding somewhat cleaner lines and color to to share. I still really love these weirdos xD

I probably owe y'all an earlier Courage doodle or something, though, haha ^^;

With that, though, comes lesser for fun art/doodles from me, unfortunately. At least, any that I think folks actually want to see that aren't kind of repetitive expressions and stuff to make sure I can still draw decently some days. >_<;

BUT, that all being said, bubus have just been a happy calm

Not necessarily complaining so much as starting it as fast. I feel the need to always say it, even though I hope it doesn't come across as the opposite: I'm still *extremely* grateful to have work to be doing everyday! I really can't begin to thank you all enough for it.

I truthfully don't really get nearly as much time to draw for myself as I'd otherwise like to these days, digitally or especially traditionally, because I want to make sure I'm as on top of work as possible. Especially when I have my periods of feeling "sluggish" or a tad burnt out (like now, woops)

If DBL doesn't randomly decide to release due to some xmas miracle in December (ideally no sooner), though, I may finally grab myself an authentic Id and Mokoko. Resale prices are seemingly dropping for them every few weeks and I'm finally way more willing to go for it ;u;

me to think long and hard on decisions now, though, haha. And it doesn't help when new stuff still occasionally comes out that I actually want and gets put on the list, like the 1AM figurine series coming out tomorrow xD It feels a little too targeted towards me, haha

(I truly wish that I could have even more time/hands to start a fund specifically towards the remaining specific bubus that I hope to add to my collection someday-- ideally those that actually are still in production to start before trying to dream bigger like this gal xD My monthly budget forces
