Yay!!! My Birthday present preorder arrived!! 😁 I preordered this new edition #battletech Technical Readout 3025 back in October with birthday funds and it finally arrived today!

Making a small customization on my #battletech Gothic Phoenix Hawk mini.
I'm adding a set of mechanical bat wings to make it more... "I am the terror that flaps in the night!" 😂
So I'm carving my own from 3mm plastic-card. It's a WIP and I'm about halfway done adding details, but here it is!? 😁

Making a small customization on my #battletech Gothic Phoenix Hawk mini.

One of my all time favorite suits is the Cyclone Armor from Mospeada/Robotech. 😍 Especially the sword armed version!

I got the spinal plates done. Fiddly little buggers! 😂 But I like it! It'll look great once the paint is on, I think! Took a lot of holding my breath while lining them up!!

Need a break from Big tanks! I've picked up my #battletech Gothic mechs to finish up my Draconis Lance. Added to my custom Awesome is a King Crab. I added Tusks to the face for a meaner look, and I'm adding a dragon-like ridge of sawtooth plates on its carapace. Unsure if it needs a crotch-cloth?

Need a break from Big tanks! I've picked up my #battletech Gothic mechs to finish up my Draconis Lance. Added to my custom Awesome is a King Crab. I added Tusks to the face for a meaner look, and I'm adding a dragon-like ridge of sawtooth plates on its carapace. Unsure if it needs a crotch-cloth?
I got the main colors down on my #OPR Space British army tank, the first of three. Tonight I'm working on the weathering and all the little finishing details. Then tomorrow I'll do the decals and a final flat sealant and then it's onto tank #2. My driver is made from a leftover GW Sentinel pilot.

Mistakes were made... I accidentally bought 2 more Wolverine Tank model kits at the game store today .. 🤦 Now I have to rewrite my #OPR Space British Human Defense Force army list to fit 3 Battle Tanks?!

Yes definitely! Warmachine are great models!! I buy them for other games though. I haven't played Warmachine in about 10 years! 😁 Like my CybOrk WarBoss who somehow Looted a Cygnar Warjack to make his very own SuperSuit... 🤔 Or the Retribution of Scyrah Warjack I'm using as Wraith Lord! 😁

A lazy couple of evenings finishing up some of the Alien Mecha for my Mekton Zeta RPG campaign. The Jade machines are originally from Warmachine, 28mm, but I think they look good with some Eldar guns added and fielded as 45 foot tall Alien Death Machines for the Heros to tackle?! 😁 4 more are WIP.

For years I've kept notes and records of my Battletech units and RPG characters. Battle reports, campaign notes, background info, etc. I'm going to try to write it up in short stories or episodes and share it with friends and fellow mech fans. But what's the best digital format for easy sharing?

I found an antique! In my bitz tub I found all the parts to build this OLD Warzone Mishima Dragon guy. Don't remember buying him? 🤔
I'm going to paint him up as an Inquisitor for #40K kill team and #OPR Skirmish games. 😁

I just got that set myself. I've decided to make a Republic Binary to match it. I'm trying to color match that yellow... 🤣 I'd started with black and metallic gold, but the non metallic yellow looks better I think. 🤔

I went to sit in my usual spot on the sofa to watch Alien Earth and almost squashed Samantha!! 😱 She usually cuddles up in my lap but I guess I took too long getting settled this evening... I didn't have the heart to disturb her so I sat at the other end... I hated it... 🤣

A bit more Firestorm Armada/Warfleets fun: I dug up my original Hawker Industries starter fleet and finally finished assembling them! Only took me 15 years or so?! 😊 Need to find the flight stands for the Frigates though. No clue on the color scheme yet... 🤷 Maybe blue-grey and white? Or yellow?

A bit more Firestorm Armada/Warfleets fun: I dug up my original Hawker Industries starter fleet and finally finished assembling them! Only took me 15 years or so?! 😊 Need to find the flight stands for the Frigates though. No clue on the color scheme yet... 🤷 Maybe blue-grey and white? Or yellow?
