But either way, for social VR I'm currently using a quest pro with a tracker stuck to it, so this would end up being a downgrade anyway

The most tempting replacement has been the bigscreen beyond, but also the price is insane with it JUST being the HMD

Apparently it uses IR emitters for its inside out tracking. I fear they might interfere with lighthouse based tracking or it will just fail to track with lighthouses on
