This is an attack on birth-right citizenship and the 14th amendment. Equal protections means “everybody” not just those who can afford a passport.

If implemented, this action will prevent law abiding citizens without the proper documentation the right to vote. Read carefully, birth certificates can’t prove citizenship for the purposes of registering to vote.
