Happy Birthday to the ACA which turns 15 today. This legislation has not only saved my life, but millions of other stroke survivors, people with other pre-existing conditions and others in need of care.

Happy Black History Month/Life to all! With the ridiculous yet predictable attempted erasure of black culture in the United States, I’m stepping into this month with this energy.
We got this if we lean on one another and the ancestors. We have been here before and made it. We will do it again.
