No, she clerked for Roberts, and India had a caste system that would make the KKK blush.

See, for example, discrimination in Silicon Valley based on caste of Indian-Americans.

Not that you WANT to see the post I replied to, but… basically arguing that newspapers don’t get sued for defamation/libel/false information. Of course we know they don’t (/s) (stares in Trump direction). And they have a much higher editorial standard than internet randos like me posting thoughts.

No it is the real future you if you remove Section 230. Go review the Compuserv and Prodigy lawsuits of the 1990s, which proves the point this is NOT an imaginary future -it already happened prior to Section 230 was enacted.

Please read this resource on S230.

Short answer - if you do ANYTHING to curate or manage posts, including deleting hate speech or spam, the site owners can now be sued for libel based on a post written by a user of the site.

You either get a site with spam and hate hell, or you get extreme moderation and limited user base.

It’s the joke of what is the most common example code for C or Java or C++? Students and junior devs asking what’s wrong with my code? There are ACM papers on this issue.

Then use facts. Clearly the top richest people get the largest share of tax breaks from BBB, and because they make more it turns into a much larger deficit. See CBO and CFBP web sites where this graph comes from.

Middle class is getting 0 to 1.5% while low income LOSE money.

Don’t forget the boogaloo boi that helped with that riot. Guilty and in jail. Screen grab from the DOJ website. Maybe this is still on there, but who knows.

Learn you some history good!
The current Texas outbreak is from an isolated religious community generations old that very likely brought it back from their missionary trips.
But now it’s spreading to other areas because fools convinced others to skip and we no longer have herd immunity elsewhere.

Unfortunately they discontinued the true over the ear ones. But I think there are similar offerings from Samsung or SkullCandy like these. You might need to look for the true over the ear if you have issues with in-ear type of mini headphones.

I like these over the ear with a corded mic from beats, Samsung has something similar.

And what would the input be for MOST CS programming languages? Students asking why their code (shown below) failed to run. This is why you get bad answers from ChatGPT to programming questions.

Try this paper from ACM (the leading world wide association of CS experts).

There’s something more to it, like not faithfully executing the laws allows the Gov to replace an elected position. It’s a really gray area as shown by the ousting of State Attorney Monique Worrell and others who then sue and get their jobs back. For example:

Yes. Amazing how many people don’t know this. This guy fired an AK into the police station, was rioting, etc. all because he wanted a race war. Surprised he isn’t up next on the Trump pardon list 😞
Form the DOJ web page (while it’s still available):

“Legacy” admits for sure. It’s how the Unis make their endowment money. 5% of applicants but 30% of admitted. That’s a lot of deck stacking.

Me, watching this tariff thing from CA. I guess I can agree with my cat’s haughty disapproval because I’m not in Washington.
Good grief, when does he finally get around to “great” like he promised those rubes?

Someone might have enjoyed their gifts from yesterday a little too much this morning and needed a nap.

Hoping everyone had a yesterday of family, friends, joyful noise, and humanity.

So True. Got this photo of mine testing out the rosemary plant. It says they are generally good for keeping the cats away, but mine seems to not be aware of that information…
