Now envisioning a cursed topology of three 2-way KVMs. HIDs into KVM A, uplink 1 goes to KVM B and uplink 2 goes to KVM C. Each host then into KVM B or C. I’m sure this will work fine with no reliability issues or glitches switching around.

For some reason my memories of the night are foggy but Zuck has got me covered. It was officially called “Ex Parte.”
The progression to Hex Parte would have been avoided in my day due to the connotations of Aggie hex rally, and this was before they started a law school.
