This Dell precision 450 is kinda cool but I'm close to giving up on it, if I can't get it to work by using a different power supply then it might be beyond saving

Before I try and sell this, there are a few caps I wanna replace... This system crashes sometimes, and while the caps I didn't touch look fine, I think this is a high hour machine and they probably are worn out.

I've scrubbed this with soapy water as much as I can, and there's still a lingering stench... Hopefully some baking soda can finish it off?

This thing has a GeForce 210, which is probably the biggest bottleneck to the dual xeons and 56 gigs of ram. Got any ideas for a cheap upgrade? Preferably under $30

One of the few hot wheels I've kept had a defect where the body mold was a bit messed up, specificially the pegs that had the rivets were out of shape so the body was on wrong. Me and a friend got the rivets removed and the pegs snipped off, so now we need to rebuild it
