Medicare can be modified to run the program. Hospitals will no longer be foe profit, therefore week serve all. Since there's no policy yet - why do you assume a visit to PCP to see a specialist?

Was thinking of you today - had just filled my feeders and hadn't walked away yet. Three Chickadees landed (separately) on the feeders while I was still there. I think I may be able to coax them to eat out of my hand. They were sooooo close.

There's a reason vaccines were created, because people, primarily children, can become impaired or die because of these diseases. Many are too young to remember the horrors and call us ignorant. I had a great aunt whose brain was fried from scarlet fever-mental age of 6 & institutionalized for life.
