also just called my dentist about the plan which was called a mysterious “epo” and no one has heard of it nor is it on the delta dental site so hopefully we all guessed right and it will be fine, this is all such a reasonable way to live

i work hard to have no prescriptions and I’m just… not seeing any of the specialists I should keep up with, just to keep costs low. this is a strategic choice not everyone can make! I keep up with dental and pay therapy out of pocket and have done extensive photo work for trade for acupuncture
