100% - And the contractor that I'm working under didn't give me a raise during my 3-year annual review because I was "at the cap" for my position.
So, I've been A LOT more active in looking for other opportunities. And I'm hoping this one I recently applied for works out 🤞

My manager instead said:
"These regular mistakes are starting to become an issue."
Without providing any sort of acknowledgement of my accountability or ownership of the issue before ANYONE ELSE caught it.
And with only 2 mistakes in the last 6 months, I don't know where they get "regular" from 🤔
