I'm going out of my way to second this. Horace is one of the best platforming games I've ever played, and the story is mind-blowing. This is a must-play.

I don't think I've ever heard you talk about this franchise in our many discussions, so I'm going to recommend Ninja Gaiden Ragebound, which is one of my favorite games of this year.

If there's a slot for me to suggest something, I'm going to say Blaster Master Zero. Bonus points if you are willing to play all three of them, because combined, that's almost exactly ~30 hrs.

That said, the controls are refined from the NES version, so I actually do recommend playing the Game Boy version over the NES version, but I really do miss the top-down levels, it was really cool to see some connective tissue to the original Commando in the NES game.

That being said, the "alternate endings" the game touts is essentially just different lines of dialogue at the end, the real intrigue is the alternate paths and even alternate boss fights. It's worth playing this game for its fun beat'em-up gameplay and worth playing multiple times.

The game can be a bit ruthless at times, and the enemy/weapon placements are shuffled each playthrough, which makes memorizing the levels next to pointless, but if you're someone who enjoys games that require quick reflexes and fun platforming, give this a try.

So cool! Fun fact, the architect beyond the hotel, Kenneth MacKenzie Murchison, also designed Hoboken Terminal, Havana Central station, Buffalo's DL&W Terminal, and Baltimore Penn Station!
