I think a lot of kids said mean things about me a lot or insulted me but it bounced off because I literally did not pay attention to any of it. Not metaphorically like I didn't let it affect me, I literally had such a low attention span I was not aware of it except the rare physical escalation

20 years or so ago somebody from my high school reached out on Facebook to apologize for bullying me. It was such background radiation in that school I had no idea who they even were or what they had done.

It's a low bar to call what Trump is doing a racist tirade explicitly, but not many journalistic organizations do so and I appreciate NPR clearing that bar.

If you're a piece of outsider art while at the same time being a commercial product that has to sell well or your business goes under, those two things are rarely compatible.
The real death or survival of this game, I think, will be if twitch/YouTube allow it.

Hackmaster, a DnD parody system, or started that way, has an Honor score your character keeps track of which can be damaged by sleights or even perceived sleights. Honor score can cause significant penalties or bonuses, in practice players are willing to screw each other over to keep their score up.
