This happened in the Fall of 1621, with 52 immigrants and about 90 Wampanoag tribal attendees feasting and celebrating over three days.

A wonderful example of civility and kindness extended to newcomers by peoples of different ethnicities and culture.

Correct!! Turkey is indigenous to N America, as are potatoes, corn, pumpkins, and squash.

The full traditional meal is a First Nations feast, generously offered by the Wampanoag people to the near-starving English immigrant families that arrived from England the year before.
