You truly had a wonderful idea coming here." The second panel shows Aziraphale and Crowley on a picnic blanket next to trees and shrubs. They're both taking off their shoes in their own unique ways. Aziraphale continues contentedly: "And what a splendid spot we found. Enjoying the sunshine, the ducks on the pond, a bottle of excellent Châteuneuf-du-Pape, and your company." Crowley, eloquent as always, responds with "Hngh." while struggling to kick of his boots. The third panel shows a close up of Crowley's face, looking over towards Aziraphale's feet, a large question mark beside him. Second Panel: Aziraphale leans to the side, opening a wicker basket, and continues, "Also, that’s frankly a ridiculous notion, my dear. Ducks don’t wear socks." Third Panel: Aziraphale fills two glasses with wine while Crowley smirks and teasingly asks, "Oh, sure about that, angel?" while raising his hand, ready to perform a miracle. Page 3 Splatter page. The panel shows a dramatic scene with the words "POOF" and "Angry Duck Noises" as a group of confused ducks in the pond, suddenly equipped with "Aziraphale socks", make noise and flap their wings. Crowley and Aziraphale are visible in the background, the angel looking shocked at the sudden chaos whole Crowley smirks, hand still raised from his miracle, the word "SNAP" written above it. Page 4 Panel 1: Crowley laughs, saying, "HA! Look at them sporting the latest Duck-à-porter!" Aziraphale scolds him, "Crowley! They’re drowning!" Crowley dismisses him saying, "Nah! 'S just performance art. Look at Gerald, living his best socked-life!" Panel 2 shows a socked-duck, Gerald, wildly flapping his wings Panel 3: Aziraphale, turning to Crowley, insists, "Release them this instant!" and Crowley questions, "Why, angel? Not enjoying your 'inter-species appreciation?'" Aziraphale replies, "I simply don’t want them injured!"

A little insert panel shows a duck wearing a too large Santa hat. Aziraphale crosses his arms and huffs, "That’s entirely different. It’s festive." Crowley continues, "Admit it, you hate seeing your fkuff, celestial mug trampled by webbed feet." Aziraphale responds,"I wouldn't mind—" Second Panel: Aziraphale continues his sentence smugly, "if it were at least a correct depiction of myself." Crowley exclaims, "WHAT?! It’s literally your face! Pixel-perfect!" Third Panel: Now it's Aziraphale raising his hands to perform a miracle while saying, "No. A correct depiction would look something like this." Page 6 First panel: More duck chaos. They chatter and flap angrily as they find themselves dressed in a different pair of socks that shows not Aziraphale and Crowley's face inside a heart. Crowley exclaims, "But... you didn’t change YOUR face! You just... you added mine! Inside a... is that a HEART?!" Aziraphale confirms, "Exactly. Correct depiction." Second Panel: The comic concludes with a coloured drawing of Aziraphale cuddling up to a overwhelmed Crowley, saying, "After all, there’s no Aziraphale without Crowley at his side." and Crowley letting out a "Nnnyeh... ghk"
