In 2009 we lost Steve. 16 years ago, I was driving the 2 hrs back to Nashville for a dj gig downtown Nashville, listening to the radio in complete shock. It will always be one of the saddest 4th of July in our community. Rest in peace #AirMcNair

I haven’t been getting enough sleep lately. Only about 4 hrs last night. I got to my Orange Theory Fitness class this morning and find out that we’re having the 500 meters benchmark. Not bad.
