The difference between Gallywix and Sylvanas/Garrosh is that Gallywix has always been written as a total shit head from the get go, so everyone is like "lmao fuck that guy".
Garrosh did have more development into "this is why he sucks" but Sylvanas was such a weird shitty lore pivot.
