Then you just smash your rook into black's camp. As long as your Rook keep checking the Black King, they cant checkmate you. And if they take your rook, it's stalemate.

The goal is to get rid of all your pieces, because even though white King is locked it's not yet in check. So you start with Ng6+. If the black King runs to d7, you can keep checking with the Knight on e5 then go back to g6. So they have to take your Knight.
