does anyone do any sort of journalling and find a good use out of it?
tbh I've never liked journalling all that much -- mostly because I correlate it to when I was in depressive episodes and could only get as far as writing about how tired I was.
I have a lot of thoughts, but I think I do -----

daddy and I are going to a cabin for some much needed alone time soon and I'm excited because it's gonna be diaps 24/almost 7....
