I could have like, Victorian Terrace houses in the lower section, then up on the hill some more "Modern" houses. Maybe Bungalows.

I think I'm roughly going for Post War 1950's ish.

One of the things this layout is missing is Bridges.

I think I could like, put the track up a level and have a little housing area lower than the track. With road going under the track.

Then on the Track level we have some warehouses.

Then on the Hill more houses.

I also want a tower block.

I guess my shopping list is 5 points. A second radius curve. Some straight bits.

A small shunting train of an appropriate era. Some little carts for it to push about. Some Passenger Carriages.

All of which is expensive so uh. Don't expect much progress on that front.

My plan is quite simple.

An outer loop for a passenger train to just run.

The inner loop will have a passing siding guy, and coming off that I want an Inglenook shunting puzzle style guy. Not SURE if I'll have space for that in the loop but ya know.

Why does everything cost money?
