We are pivoting from framework 4.7.2 to Dotnet 8 (which will allow simple updates going forward!). It's so nice to have cleared that hurdle for yearly upgrades like this 🤣

Admittedly modern gaming doesn't do the crazy soundtracks I cut my teeth on so it is rare to keep it on in modern titles. But my daughter and I listen to mega man soundtracks in the car now because I got her hooked on old video game music.

I wait to do it until I've learned it enough to know it. If it's a game with really good music I'll have it on the first month or so.
Bad music? Off first night.

Hey that's a great change! Easier to sell STS updates this way because effectively it's just getting a little more juice for the same deadline as the LTS.

It may be the cost of business until the receiving core comes back. I hope they can pull something together that would have Pacheco being more of the work horse, but I'm not convinced he can do the work :(
