Breakfast frittata burritos! Frittaritos? Brittatas? Technically brunch so the cerveza felt right. Sausage, peppers, onions, eggs spiced with garlic, oregano, and cumin, topped with sharp white cheddar (best I had). I feel like the fanciest frat boy on the quad today!

Chicken sofrito soup with cabbage, pinto beans, poblanos and jalapeños, and topped with fresh radishes and shredded pepper jack. Goes great with sweet cornbread!

I was forbidden from putting raisins in these bad boys. Concerns over moisture were brought up, but I was ultimately overruled. Luckily, there’s plenty of cream cheese frosting leftover.
